Terms and Conditions

1.3 Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.

2.1 All pages, images, text and code on Ron Landheer Design Studio web site at http://www.ronlandheer.nl/ is copyrighted material.

2.2 Client and any visitors to the Ron Landheer Design Studio web site at http://www.ronlandheer.nl/ may not use any of the pages, images, previews, text or code on the web site for use on Client's or visitors own web site or to create a web site, templates or Actinic templates without prior written permission from Ron Landheer Design Studio.

2.3 Copyright of the completed web designs, images, pages, code and source files created by Ron Landheer Design Studio for the project shall be with the Client upon final payment only by prior written agreement. Without agreement, ownership of designs and all code is with the Ron Landheer Design Studio.

2.4 These terms of use grant a non-exclusive limited license so that the Client can use the design on one web site on one domain name only. The Client is not permitted to use a design for more than one purpose without prior written agreement between the Client and the Ron Landheer Design Studio.

2.5 Client agrees that resale or distribution of the completed files in full or in part is forbidden unless prior written agreement is made between the Client and the Ron Landheer Design Studio.

3.1 New work requested by CLIENT and performed by Ron Landheer Design Studio after a proposal/estimate has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to an extent that substantially alters the specifications described in the original estimate, we will submit a proposal revision memo to you, and a revised additional fee must be agreed to by both parties before further work proceeds.

4.1 Ron Landheer Design Studio is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors to our websites as well as the privacy of our actual customers. Once you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with Ron Landheer Design Studio.

5.1 Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by Ron Landheer Design Studio on behalf of the customer, will remain the property of Ron Landheer Design Studio and/or it's suppliers.

5.2 The customer agrees to allow Ron Landheer Design Studio to place a small credit on printed material, exhibition displays, advertisements and/or a link to Ron Landheer Design Studio’s own website on the customer's website. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page.

5.3 Client agrees that Ron Landheer Design Studio reserves the right to include any work done for the Client in a portfolio of work.

6.1 We do not print or pre-press ourselfs, we only design. We can help and advise you on this subject.

7.1 Developer shall make every effort to ensure sites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors. Sites are designed to work with the main browsers Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox latest releases. Client agrees that Developer cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems.

7.2 Clients agree that after handover of files any updated software versions of the main browsers Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, domain name setup changes or hosting setup changes thereafter may affect the functionality and display of their web site. As such, Developer reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the web site design or web site code for it to work with updated browser software, domain name or hosting changes.

8.1 All prices are exempt of VAT.

8.2 All invoices must be paid in full within 20 days of the invoice date and Developer will carry out work only where an invoice has been paid by the Client for the work, unless otherwise agreed at Ron Landheer Design Studio discretion. If we must retain attorneys to collect our invoices, we will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

9.1 Client may request that the Ron Landheer Design Studio cancel a project in writing by email or postal mail to info@ronlandheer.nl and the project is cancelled only if Ron Landheer Design Studio confirms work has not been started on the project. If Ron Landheer Design Studio has begun or completed the work and the Client no longer requires the files but have agreed to the work, they are still obliged to pay Ron Landheer Design Studio for the work that has been carried out.

Ron Landheer Design Studio does not hold responsibility:

• 1 The customer also agrees that Ron Landheer Design Studio holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after a design is published.

Ron Landheer Design Studio is not liable for any consequences or financial losses such as, but not limited to, loss of business, profit, revenue, contract, data or potential savings, relating to services provided.

Any form of responsibility, do not apply anymore, one year after finishing the design or website.
