Vector images
We can also create realistic looking vector images and vector art shapes for our clients. This can be made possible with simple object like logos, cartoon characters and drawings. But we also have the knowledge and technical skills to create more complex images like cars, musical instruments, or a in-house floor plan.
What's a vector image?
A vector image is digital image created by points and lines. The antithesis of a vector image is a bitmap image. In contrast to a bitmap image a vector image can be rescaled to any required size without losing quality.
The advantages of vector images
Vector graphics files store the lines, shapes and colors that make up an image as mathematical formular. One can indefinitely zoom in on a image and it remains smooth. A minimal amount of information translates to a much smaller file size compared to large raster bitmap images. From a 3-D perspective, rendering shadows is also much more realistic with vector graphics, as shadows can be abstracted into the rays of light from which they are formed. This allows for photo realistic images and renderings.
What we need to create a vector image for clients
The only thing we need from our client is an example of the images that needs to be vectorized.
This can be a digital file, an original picture or a drawing.
